Non-hardware sales are final and cannot be returned. Hardware sales may be returned to Provaya up to 45 days after the shipment date. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in their original condition. Additional restocking fees may be applied if there are any scratched or damaged items returned. Please contact Provaya at (866) PROVAYA for a RMA number to include on your return packaging. No return will be accepted without a RMA number.
