Product Notes

New merchant account approval is required to receive PC-Charge for free. PC-Charge is available for purchase if merchant account approval is denied or customer does not wish to open a new merchant account. A debit pin pad is necessary to process debit transactions. A pin pad is available as an upgrade accessory. Quoted lease amounts are based on a 60 month lease with a $1 buyout option assuming excellent credit history and are provided as an example only. Leases are subject to credit approval and actual lease amounts are based on the submitted lease application. Cables included with systems consist of all power and peripheral cables. Networking cables are NOT included.

Shipping

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of Provaya Retail Systems. Payment or an approved lease application must be received in advance of shipment. Methods of payment available are VISA, MasterCard, check, wire transfer or lease. FedEx Ground Shipping is available free of charge to the continental United States only. More expedited shipping methods are available at an additional cost. Please allow up to five business days for delivery of Provaya software orders. Complete Systems Technical Support

Phone Support:  Provaya will provide unlimited telephone technical support for one year on business days between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. Technical support includes basic setup of the system, and technical troubleshooting. Advanced product training can be obtained for a fee.

Repair : For technical issues that cannot be resolved via telephone support, any portion of the retail system can be shipped back to Provaya for repair. For systems being shipped back to Provaya, the customer must pay for the shipping costs to Provaya and Provaya will pay for the same method of shipment back to the customer. If it is determined that the problem was a related to a reason not covered by this warranty (see warranty details below), the customer will be charged for all shipping and repair charges. This technical support is provided for one year from the date of shipment. Extended technical support is available for purchase.

Warranty

Provaya will completely resolve all issues related to hardware manufacturer defects free of charge. Issues not related to hardware manufacturer defects are not covered by this warranty. These non-related issues include, but are not limited to, problems resulting from a computer virus, computer performance if 3 rd party software not approved by Provaya has been loaded onto a system, unauthorized user intervention or failure such as deleting needed computer files or forgotten passwords, and any hardware and peripheral failure due to anything other than normal wear on equipment. Dropped or otherwise physically damaged equipment is not covered by warranty. Warranty is valid for one year from date of shipment.

Sales Tax

7% State sales tax will be added to your order if you are located in Illinois.
